This is not as easy a swap as one might think. This is a much easier swap to go from manual to auto.
The biggest things are the pedals, because they are different sizes, so you will need complete pedals and linkages. You will also need a 2wd trans, a column (kind of optional really) and all of the linkages that go with this.
Just so happens that I have a complete Np 435 4 speed (with a granny first gear) with bellhousing that fits a 460, as well as a "Z" bar, linkages, pedals, column and all of the goodies that you need.
I am here in the Pomona area.
