door panel removal?

how do i pull the panel off the pass rear door?i found 2 screws at the bottom.i dont want to break it by pulling.for some reason that door wont lock.by keyless or by manual.i am hoping maybe a clip came off so a rod is not hooked up?if there are rods in there like older rigs.

You need to also remove the door handle inside. Once this is done pull up on the pannel, not out. Yes there are rods inside, sounds like you had one come off.

It helps to remove the power window switch first and disconnect the wiring harness.

Pry up the front edge of the plate the switch is mounted into with something like a narrow putty knife and the rest will be obvious.

fixed it today.now the door locks and unlocks correctly.the panel was pretty easy.the pull up not out was the biggest help.i would of broke it otherwise.

what it was is one of the bolts that hold the latch assembly in was to long not letting it lock.i moved it over and then it would not unlock witch sucked becouse the door would not open.then i moved the 1 long bolt to the bottom and the 2 short ones to the top and every thing works great.these are the 3 bolts on the edge of the door that hold the latch where it needs to be.

Hmm, who moved the bolts in the first place?

not sure but it was just barely long enough to interfere with the locking mechanism.
