Superduty Rear Bumper on '78 F250?

Will it fit?
I can custom mount it so that is not a concern, but will it fit on there in regards to width, without sticking out too far?
I want the bumper to be flush/ a little overhang from the rear fenders.
As well, I have a trailer hitch underneath my current bumper, and want some clearance there too!
P.S. Fey bumpers sells them as PERFECT MATCH BUMPERS for the superduty.
