CSP 09B08 affects certain '08 and '09 model year trucks with 6.4L built between 05/14/08 and 11/07/08 and is for injector replacement due to the possibility of premature injector o-ring wear/failure. As a result, fuel could leak into the crankcase. Approximately 8,000 vehicles are affected by this program and the program will be in effect through 03/31/10...
Affected trucks will show up in OASIS and there is a list that tells which injectors need to be replaced on affected trucks based on individual VIN number. In some cases it may only be one, in others it could be all 8 or it could be some where in between...
Owner notification by Ford will be a phased process since there is not a sufficient supply of injectors available to service all owners at this time. The phase mailing will be prioritized by axle ratio with numerically higher ratios being first since they are the most susceptible to the issue...

If you will tell us why you call yourself "CUMMINS Bobby Light", I will apologize for earlier caustic remarks, and ask you to check my VIN: 1FTWW33R08EC63771 .
I just don't understand, if as I read somewhere you have (3) Ford diesels you call yourself CUMMINS, which to me are swear words.

76 - 6.4's
1 Cummins Ram
Guess which one I like the best! (btw, I didnt come here to **** in anyones cherrios, just help and gain more knowledge)
your vin was not found on my current list.
which does not mean you are totally in the clear, 3 of my trucks are not on the list but have had new engines because of fuel in the oil.
Just watch it closely.

As I stated above, please accept my apology. If you own 76 vehicles with 6.4's you are the MAN!
My opinion is that the regen process forces more oil into the chylinder when called for. Obviously this is done to get fuel oil to get out the exhaust valves (3). With so much compression, and so much fuel pressure, with no place to go, a tad can get thru the rings and to the crank case. Probably why they put in a 4 gallon oil pan. My bet is that you could probably run with 5 gallons of fuel/oil in pan and hurt nothing. Remember the injectors fire from oil pressure. Just my simple opinion. Now let the guru's chop me up, because I deserve it for taking a shot at you. Sorry,
