I hope this is the right forum for this, as I know there are some knowledgeable rv folks on here. I can't seem to get onto this manufacturer's website (www.sunvalleyinc.com). I'm looking at buying a 2005 Apache truck camper, not sure of the model but it fits in a short bed truck. I'm looking for some opinions on the brand, quality, reliability? I see new ones advertised, but have found no information from a manufacturer. Thanks for any help.

It appears they closed down and liquidated their assets.

 

Sadly, there is a lot of that going around now. Elkhart has about the highest unemployment rate in the country.

 

I really hate to see it happening. A lot of hard working folks out of work. I'm amazed at how many of the RV manufacturers have had to close their doors. Luckily, a few have been bought out by larger companies but many of them have had to lay people off.

 

I have seen a few of the Apache truck campers around, they look pretty nice.....IMO Lance makes the best truck campers, never had any complaints, and ALL of the ones I have owned were several years old when I bought them.
