1 1/2 years ago my head gaskets were replaced and they did lift the cab. I am making an appointment this morning for the egr cooler so I will have them look at it. Thank you for your great knowledge!!

I have the oil leak problem. Been to the dealer 5 times, changed all seals, rear engine cap, and still have leak. Really beginning to hate my ford, though it looks good. Anyone replaced an engine due to continuous oil leak?

I have been to the dealer 6 times for my oil leak. One visit even found my differential leaking at only 25000 miles. Still have a hanging drip which doesn't fall. Will continue to take it in since I have warranty which covers it and even gives me a loaner car.Love the Ford Truck, but beginning to see that oil leaks will always be with me.

Well, my 6.0 is in at the Ford doctor. Bed Plate being replaced. Had the hanging on for dear life oil drip, but figured under warranty so why not. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but always wonder when the cab is taken off, etc. Took it in the other day to have dome dye put in the oil, the tech said that the dye doesn't really work..(i have my thoughts on that), said better to get under and take a look. CMP Sensor O-rings and CAC Tube clamps already replaced (used dye there). So will see how it turns out. Even gave me a rental car to use. Anything I should look for after I get it back besides dirty finger prints on the cab? 2007 F-250 C.C. Lariat 06 Engine, Cab date 6/06. Will post again if anything goes wrong.

My cab was also lifted (so they say), hardly notice anything different but the darn hanging oil drop. Been there done that five times already and will continue till the warranty runs out or find myself a lawyer to have them either replace the engine or buy the truck back. Love the truck but my driveway is looking pretty bad with spots.
