new rear sliding glass window

i busted my rear window
i have a 99 f150 lariat stepside sliding rear window
i busted the whole thing
and i was wondering how much a new window with the sliding window in the middle
and how much work it will be on replacing it?
plz help me
one place offered me 500 to replace it and tint it

you have to remove the trim from the outside and the inside, then the old window frame unbolts from the opening...reverse for install...

doesnt your insurance have glass coverage? mine has a $0 deductible...

yea but i cant let my insurance know about this
they will charge me more a month cause i already made a claim for when someone hit me in the bak and somehow it was my fault when it wasnt
so i am keeping them out of it

if you get inside the cab and look at the rear window, you pull the plastic door post panels off in the corners, and peel the head liner down 3-4 inches. Dont break the head liner foam. Reach inside the head liner and take out about a dozen screws that bolt the window frame to the truck rear panel. they area like 7 or 8 mm heads. When all are out, you push the window back into the bed of the truck. Dont even need to take the trim off the outside. You then go to Auto Zone and get a roll of butyl foam made for window seal and stick it around the edge of the new window, reinstall, and put the little bolts back in.
