I had blew the seals on my oil cooler and by the time I stopped i had lost a ton of oil, 8 quarts!!! Fixed everything and now Im having a hard time starting. It usually starts after 2 rotations, but now after 8 or so. I do not crank it more than 15 seconds at a time, I dont want to overheat the starter obviously. Thanks.

 

you may have drained the hpop resevoir and got some air in the system, should clear out after 40-50 miles

 

Yep what Joe said. Just go drive it like you stole it for 40 miles or so and it will clear up and start normally

 

well if you drive it like you stole it then it will only take about 20-30 miles......lol

 

but those extra 10-20 miles are just plain fun!!

So after about 6 miles I had the cops on my azz and never stopped. The truck runs great now that was definately the problem. Now I know she be ready for me when Im done serving 5-8 for 4 felony traffic violations. HAHA.
