This is bottom line, no bs or exaggeration:

The "woosh"... You can hear it, but you have to get on the skinny pedal and listen for it in between shifts to hear it if you really care about it that much. IMO, it seems insignificant.

The turbo noise increase... You can hear more turbo noise, but it's not like you put a megaphone on it. There's a small increase in turbo noise and you can hear it at lower RPMs. Ok, so the turbo works.

The drone... I haven't really heard much of the drone. I believe I may have heard some drone at 55mph on a flat road. I can't really tell so much. I'm used to driving a soft top Jeep on 37" Swampers with a 400hp high performance motor screaming down the road. The Jeep has a hell of a lot more engine and tire drone combined than the truck. IMO, the drone is insignificant.

Noticeable power increase... Seems much more responsive with more pickup. I thought it was just in my mind, but my fiancee drove it and verified. She says she could tell just by being a passenger.

Overall better breathing motor.

100% happy with the mod and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks all for having all of the posts on this install. This is a great forum with great members.

Does that cover have a screening on it like a t-shirt has? Does he sell those covers blank or offer any screening we'd like?

The drone is quite noticeable when hauling/towing. That has been my experience on my work truck. I may not care for it (the drone that is) on my 02 since the wife and kids ride in it a lot. I never haul or tow anything of any significance with it so it's not an issue on it. As for the work truck, I don't mind it.

Yes
And yes. You will pay extra if it a design he doesn't have.

I have to agree, I definitely noticed a difference in the way my truck runs. The first of many more mods i'm sure...

Do a muffler delete and you will really notice the turbo, and the "whoosh" noise. It also gives more power and lower EGT's. Plus it sounds like an OTR truck.

Oh yeah, you won't even notice the drone I cut my exhaust off right before the cat, underneath the cab. After that intake drone is completely insignificant PS- If you have ever wondered if your EBPV was working just cut your exhaust off Your whole neighborhood will know when it comes on for warm-up, sounds like an F-16 is taking off, almost defening to stand next too

1) Yes... heat transfer image, just like on tee-shirts... not screen printed.

2) Blank = yes.

3) Custom images, yes, and if the image you provide is in good enough condition that does not require "tweaking" or "cleaning up" for contrast and sharpness, no extra cost.
