i have a 79 f-250 and i recently decided to repaint the lid to the air cleaner. The ford blue that i have used over the years has always been too light. My question, does anyone make the blue that is very close, without having to completely repaint the whole air cleaner.
i've seen on NPD i believe a complete set of bolts to bolt the body back together. It's listed for the 67-72 trucks. I am wondering, would these bolt kits also work for the 73-79 model?

Check real close at autozone, I have seen and mixed up several shades of ford blue, my favorite says DE 1606 FORD DARK BLUE.
