do I need longer shocks????

orderd my f350 rear blocks and u-bolts it crossed my little mind do I need f350 shocks now?? (are they 2 inches longer)

I'm going to say no. Bilstein website lists the same part number for both F250 and F350 rear shocks so it looks like there is no difference.
