im gonna wait till i get the right parts,i had it all apart and my dog house o rings were pretty bad so i put some rvt on them to hold me over till i do the mod and get new ones. Also my turbo wheel had nicks on the edges, whats this from and is it hurting any thing?thanks
i didnt find any cracks, but when i had my tubes off, were the ccv gas comes in the intake tube.the oil inside the tube was kinda gritty .so maybe its time for a wicked wheel and the 6637 mod.Am i hurting any thing with the wheel like that?
I'm not sure that the wheel like that will hurt but your intake seems to be letting dirt in and that is not good. Could be dusting the motor. I would ditch that intake ASAP.
If you looked over the tube and didn't see any cracks I think you should be good after you ditch the box. I don't know though. You might as well do the CCV mod while you're at that stuff. Only takes a piece of 4" exhaust and a clamp.
