I updated my gallery with a new album with a couple of shop pictures with my new to me Rotary 2 post lift. The biggest part of the job was raising the ceiling. The shop got treated to a spruce up at the same time.
If I was anywhere near as computer smart as the other Jones on this forum I would have pulled the pix into this post!

Do you have a lock out for your overhead door in case someone tries opening it when you have something on the lift before this happensHa ha

Thanks for the compliments. Like many others I did not start with this shop. I restored my first antique car, the 31 Vicky in my gallery. over 30 years ago. That was restored in a 2 car garage but painted mostly outside. So to the younger guys I say it sometimes takes awhile.

I tried to bring up the 3rd picture in the album to post directly using Bob Jones instructions and still can't get there. It is the pic of my lathe and mill.

 

I like your machine shop corner! I have an old South Bend 9" lathe 50's era and a Gallamyer Livingston surface grinder from the 40's. Both are still tight and true. I bought one of those Grizzley Mills, so far I am happy with it but I doubt it will last as long as a bridgeport. Nice lift by the way.

Bill, I think the lift looks way out of place in your shop, I think it would look a lot better in my new shop. Man, I would really like to have one. You have a great looking shop, hope you have a lot of fun in it.

Bill, just go to your gallery (or any other web site), bring up a picture, right click on it. A menu window will pop up, click on "Properties". Another window will pop up, highlight everything next to "Address, URL". Make sure you have everything and then come back to the posting window and click on the "Insert image" icon, . A window will pop up with a space with a "http://". Block that out and right click and hit "Paste". That should insert you copied from the "Address, URL" line, click the "OK" button. Your image should be inserted.

 

Bob, When you say "block that out" do you mean backspace it out or delete the highlighted "http://". I tried both. Then when I right click and hit paste all I get is "http://".
Making the parts is easier than posting pictures I think!

 

You have to black out the http// and right click over that and then paste on that.
