Mark, that's very interesting, I grew up in Texas as well, Knox County 200 miles northwest of Dallas half way between Wichita Falls & Abilene to be exact, what part do you come from????

South of Houston, on the coast.. Clute/Freeport/Lake Jackson area.

Well we were in the same state, but worlds apart from each other, about 450-500 miles I would say, but I say once a Texan, always a Texan !!!!

All my ex's live in Texas too, thank goodness!

Got to thinking about it.. I've lived more years in Louisiana now than I did in Texas.. Came to Louisiana at 21 years old.

Come on in Big Ken, it is getting a little scary, but the water is fine Icame down from Dallas & opened my 1st office in Metairie in 1969, then bought a place in Winnfield, and stayed until 1976, moved to California, then back to Plano, Texas, then to Atlanta, then finally came back home to Louisiana in 1984, I kept a office in the Metairie area the entire time, until 2002 , when I decided it was time to retire.
