Both of the Marincos are the same model number, hopefully both have the guts.
West Marine can sometimes be a little more "expensive" than other places...
I wonder if anyone has the female version? I need that too....

The female is known as a flanged outlet, The male is a flanged inlet
I'll see if I can dig up a part # for you

I just used a short piece of romex and a HD female ext. cord end on the back-side of Marinco pictured. I figured one day I might want to power something else AC on the truck (battery warmer, charger, etc??) A 'female' outlet is readily available at home cheapo, etc.
Thanks Jim, I see it. Would rather have a recessed flanged outlet with a cover.
Got a battery bank and converter in the back and use it to run my block heater while at work. Would like to plug in up front instead of running a line on the ground from out back.
I'll start with the ones pictured here...
Your welcome Steve. I just found those quick. There are others out there. If you have an electrical supply house near you they may be able to help you out.
Recessed outlets other than ones designed for marine applications?
I was in a boat supply shop yesterday and took a look at the Marinco units. While I think that they would work fine in temperatures above 0 degrees F, where I live we often see temps down to -20 F, and sometimes twenty degrees or more colder than that. The rubber hinge on the Marinco units would break pretty quickly at those temperatures and the rubber plugs would likely not seat properly.
Has anyone found any recessed 120v plug-ins designed for colder temperatures?
