part number request please for an 89 F-150

i have a 1989 F-150 4x4 with the 300 6 cyclinder engine and 4 speed manual transmission. There is a relay that i believe is not working that is mounted left front inner fender. It right behind the box that hold the air filter.
There are a part number on the side of the relay that reads E3TB-9345
right below it, it say A4/8JC

May i ask, what does this relay do? Would it keep the vehicle from running, if it is bad?
Thank you for your time.. I hope you can help

What color is the relay? Why do you think it's bad? There are two relays there, one is for the PCM, the other for the fuel pump.
