Hello to all...Im new to the forum, and really new to the diesel world. I am looking for a diesel mechanic to work on my 2004 F250 Crew Cab 6.0 I do not mind paying, just trying to stay away from the dealership prices. I live in Harrison Ohio, which is just 20 minutes west of Cincinnati.

I just bought this truck about 30 days ago and looking for someone to check a few things out, see whats good, whats going bad, etc. So far ther truck runs good. I have had two occassions where the truck would surge, but I cannot duplicate or isolate what causes this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to talk Ford into letting me do the head studs on my wifes 04 6.0 without killing the warranty but no luck.
