she ended up having it towed to the dealer.. i think it is the fuel pump.. i actually got the wrong info from her this morning, when i asked if it was turning over she said now..lol well it was and just not starting, she thought turning over meant starting.. So truck was turning over fine just not firing up. all fuses are fine but did not hear the fuel pump kick on.. will find out tomorrow
