I put on the F-450 master cylinder tonight. I ended up having to cut and flare the line for the fronts since the F-450 took a smaller nut. Prior to bleeding, I took off the line for the fronts from the proportioning valve and pumped the pedal a few times to clear out the gook that might have made its way in there during the flaring.

I bled all brakes in the usual order using a one man power bleeder that mounts to the master cylinder.

The pedal is a bit hard, but it seems to brake well now. I couldn't put it to a real test since the bed is still loaded with an F-250 frame (cut in half), F-250 front suspension, a rear off a Chevy van, a C6, and some other stuff. The bed and everything in it will soon be going to the recycler.

Once I get all that stuff off, I'll see how we're looking.

Thanks again.
