Why? Perhaps because it is going to take a hell of a lot more than what you posted to even knock on the door of 30mpg let alone 50?

Because even POS prius gets maybe 35 MPG. No we are not sticking our head in the sand. Most of us around here have been around, and can detect BS pretty easy. Most gadgets that are on the market have been tested and guess what... They have failed miserably.

The MDS on the Dodges doesn't even realize 30 MPG and the Cadillac had a 8-6-4 engine that failed as well. So if the technology was there I would bet they would be featured as OEM on most modern automobiles.

So who has their head in the sand?

40 MPG? What is it a Geo Metro?

Ford Focus is only good for 35 MPG. The only vehicle from the factory that offers 50MPG in North America is the VW diesel.

Mmmm....and you can get all the bigger turbos, reprogrammers, etc you can for a truck for them v-dubbs, too.

The owner of a diesel performance shop around here has a TD Jetta, with big clouds of black smoke and all, and that little f--ker is nasty. Fast is a considerable understatement

And I want one.

I would love to have a TD Jetta. But diesels are grossly underused in North America.

id love to see a geo metro fry the tires off through 2nd gear once i was just driving around cuz i was bored and i hopped off the highway and was sitting in line at a light and locked the brakes up and just left my clutch out didnt tach and du,p it or anything just acted like i usually do when i pull out... i almost flipped because i thought the clutch was slipping.... then i saw the smoke so it was fine

and on the van... the guy did admit to it dropping to 30mpg when it wasnt completely empty and did you ever stop to think that maybe they did all these tests on a dyno so then wind resistance wouldnt be a factor?

and this isnt a miracle effing plug in toy.... i never said that all i ever said was this thing was HEAVILY MODIFIED

and ill never tell you what kind of car i have ill tell you if youre right when you guess tho and im not completley positive id stand next to a 5.0... nobody ever wants to play no more... well they did but that was only when my car was slow cuz i de tuned it on purpose to break my clutch in...but i did find a 4.6 stang and we played around a little and when it was all over dude gave me a big thumbs up so thats sayin something specailly considering my car is slower than stock because im not even running the correct computer and the more i think about it the more i think that cars a freakin rocket ship considering i slapped a motor from an 85 in there

you have not offered any proof. When the BS card was thrown out you could not answer. People here have called your bluff.

Until you offer some legitimate evidence, your statements are BS. Pure BS.

also its not dudes fault his mustang is gay... i just dont like how 90s cars got all smooted and blended... now weve had this vert mustang in where i work for like 6 months now and that thing has made me almost go shopping for one.... its in the fox body era

gloss black with a black top cobra wheels and totally gay ricer tail lights that ruins the whole freakin thing... but hey to each unto their own right?
