I suppose I could have read another post of yours a little more closely since you said the warranty work was denied the first time. Did they at least look at the turbo during that visit? If they did, there should be a note about it in your OASIS report. That should provide some documentation that the problem occurred when it should have been covered under the warranty.

I wouldn't just chalk it up to a crooked dealer. Find out your legal rights and if you should have been covered, get a lawyer.
