i haven't, but I read a thread on another site where a few people did. It obviously was a bad batch or something though since all the people that experienced that had purchased them from the same place.
I have one, a second as spare1. A gpr109 as spare2 and the original as spare3. I don't remember how I ended up with so many, lol.
