I'm not too impressed with your seat but man, that floor sure looks to be like brand new! Seats are cheap, keep an eye on eBay, they're on there all of the time and sell cheap. Shipping is what is going to kill you. Also, look in the swap are of this site. They show up there from time to time. You can also post a wanted ad, some one is bound the reply.
I was going to tell you list your location in under your joining date because if you do you might have someone close by who might have what you're looking. I checked your profile and saw you're in Germany, there are a few members in Germany, maybe the can help out if they look at this post.

You could honestly make a brand new one from scratch for what it would cost just to ship one in very bad condition over there. They are very simple, and unless you are going for a 100-pt restoration, there is no advantage. Depending on your shape (height, legs, etc) it isn't likely the stock seat will be all that comfortable anyway.

Ross,
I never really thought about building a seat from scratch. Most likely any used is going to need reupholstering, it wouldn't take much more to have an upholsterer add some springs to a seat frame. Being as this truck is on the other side of the big pond, there aren't going to be many people over there that would know if it's stock or not.
