it looks to be a 67-72 f 650 or heavier truck.

That's a 67-72, the fender is fairly square and has a bump, plus the hood has a large undercut. 73-79 had a smooth rounded fender, smaller undercut to the hood with no gap to the grill, and square turn signals on the fender.
That looks to be a 600 or 700 by the stance, usually 500s sat lower.

Post above has a typo...it should read 1971/72 F500/750.

One piece grille used 1967/79.

The horizontal bars extend almost to the headlamps, but the 1971/72 grille is of a slightly different design.

The hood is the same 1967/72, and is shared with F100/350's.

Bill was the 73-79 headlight trim different from the 67-72
