Running board compatability

I just bought a new 2008 F 150 Lariet Super Crew. It has the chrome running rails. Being disabled these are in my way. Would anyone know if they would fit a 2002 F 150 Super Crew?

I don't think they will fit. I think 99-03 and 04 heritage would fit that year and 2004-2008 would fit new style if i made sense.

you can make them work if you really wanted to...but no, they aren't direct bolt-ups

there might be a slim chance that if you get the correct brackets for the 02, then your running boards might bolt up to those brackets. Just a total guess on my part.

Otherwise, they will only fit the 04-08 supercrew. Try listing them on your local craigslist.org site, I'm sure they'll sell on there.
