Heater Blows cold air

Heater Blows cold air

I have 2004 Expedition 5.4l XLT, i did not use the car for about 6 months, now I am back driving it now but my heater blows cold air and AC dose not blow cold at all.
Please help.

Are you low on coolant?
Is your temp gauge going up to normal?
Are the two heater hoses under the hood running to the heater core nice and hot?

Alloro, you are correct, I just add coolant and problem was solved. Just want to thank you for an advice. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
