I have a base f250 XL. I would like to add Tilt and Cruise Control. I can pick up a Steering Column from a local yard. What will I be looking at to install the new sterring column in the truck? Also will I need any additional parts?

I realize I will have to have my dealer update the PCM for the cruise to work.

It will be a job to switch, but I'd suspect all of the wiring to be in place providing you pull a column from a 05-7 truck. 99-04 doesn't have an as sophisticated CAN bus as the 05+.
