axle swap
I'm going to be swapping my axles out of my 77 F250 into my 77 F150 soon. (I'm not swapping bodies and frames because the 250 doesn't have a title and I don't want to go through the hassle with it). I will be doing the rear first. Are the break lines the same between a 250 and 150? Are the drive shafts the same? And can I unhook the e-back and reattach it? Are there and bushing or springs that I should replace? And are the shocks the same?
I will be doing the front after the rear. Again are break lines the same between a 250 and 150? Are there and bushing or springs that I should replace? Are the shocks the same? Are the steering shafts the same? And should I get it re-aligned after I'm done? TIA
