There's radiator fluid leaking and the serpentine belt just broke. Is it just the belt? Or, do I have another issue that causes the radiator fluid leak?

Maybe when the belt broke it smacked one of your upper or lower radiator hoses? Check your hoses for cuts and welcome to FTE..

 

My thoughts as well. Welcome!!

 

Where's the leak at? If its right below the water pump, it might be a sign that the pump is on its way out. If its splattered everywhere, the belt might have nicked the upper hose when it let loose.

Oh, and if you have the hose that goes through the belt, nows the perfect time to change to the one that goes around. Its the hose listed for the dual alternator setup. NAPA part number 9066.

 

Like twags6 said, perfect time to upgrade upper rad hose to dual alt setup.

 

Possible waterpump froze up causing belt to break??? See if pulley turns.
