out of control
2004 f-150 2wd Rearend jumps or kicks out loaded or unloaded over bumps in hwy. Around corners i dont even have to turn the wheel to make a complete lane change.Getting scary especially on icy roads. Need new shocks?

Sounds like you could have a suspension problem back there, too. I'd take it to a good suspension shop and have them take a look at it.

Mine does the same thing and it's an 07 2wd with 14,000 on it. Please let us know if you find a way to fix it.

Throw in a set of new rear shocks and go from there. I like the white Gabriel Ultras, nice upgrade for fair $$$. Others like what they like, most important thing is to get the dangerous bounce out soon. My 95 junker used to be terrible until I did the shocks.
