I just ordered a return line kit today...not the one specifically for the turbo, though. I figured that for the $15+ difference, I'm gonna go ahead and order some Viton O-rings and some Buna-N hose I found that's supposed to be very good for veggie oil, since I may try that stuff eventually.
Now, the question I have is about tees. What materials can I use for tees that will be compatible for veggie oil? Looking on McMaster, when you look up barbed fittings it gives you some options as to what you're using the tee for. If you select "Fuel" it gives you acetal plastic tees. If you select "oil" it gives you plastic, anodized aluminum, and stainless steel tees.
Would the acetal plastic hold up with veggie oil? I ask because those tees are $1.60 each, vs. $6 each for the aluminum or stainless steel.
Where did you purchase return line kit through? I want to replace mine the looking at the paperwok I have the hoses were replaced last in 2000 on the beast and I would like to head off the problem

Dave, Mcmaster-Carr has a chart of hoses on their website abd what materials they can carry, with a rating of A, B, C, D. There is one type of hose that's rated an A for diesel and a D for veggie oil, whereas the stuff I'm looking at is A for diesel and A for veggie oil.
