Hey everyone,
I had a little mishap with the truck today. My oil pressure sensor found its way out of the back of the block!!! IT sprayed oil everywhere. Hope I didn't lose too much to dause permenant damage. MAybe someday I will get that thing squared away. I guess it was better to happen in town then on the freeway. Anyway, hey michelle that dessert looks delicious!!! Later guys.

Jonathan, sorry to hear about the oil pressure sender and as you mentioned, hopefully it did not cause any permanent damage. Good luck with it.
I know first hand what kind of mess the oil sender can make. I had a 84 Monte Carlo that I ended up replacing the 229 V6 with a slightly built small block 400 after the 6 spun a couple of rod and cam bearings.
Anyways, I had a triple guage under the dash to measure water temp, voltage and it had a mechanical oil gauge. For some reason I did not get the tubing fully seated into the sender and needless to say that with a hi perf. oil pump, she popped right off and sprayed oil aaaaallllllllll over the place. What a mess that was to clean up.

Too busy playing around in the cold to post. It took about 45 min for fingers to thaw out so I could push the keys.
