What's my truck worth?

What's my truck worth?
Considering selling my rig in order to afford my '05's payment. Hate to do it but if I keep it I'll just end up dumping more and more into it. I was looking around on ebay and was very unimpressed by the prices these trucks are going for. What should I ask for it and what should I settle for in your opinion?
'97 F250 ext. cab short bed
-5-speed, 4x4, 4.10 gear
-197K miles <-ouch
-Body is real clean, some surface rust behind the wheels where all the road debris hits, one dent above a taillight. She cleans up very well and is waxed every month.
-No issues whatsoever, some white smoke on cold starts, has new glow plugs, GPR, and valve cover wiring harnesses within the past year.
-Has a 6637, 3" DP, 4" back to 7" single stack. Edge evolution programmer.
-33x12.5-16.5 BFG mud terrains (almost slicks) needs 4 tires. Good lookin rims polish up real nice.
-I have a '86 F350 SRW that I was planning on stealing the axles out of for this truck, also has a good set of stock size wheels and tires for the winter. Can include them with the truck if the price is right, or I can even install them if negotiated.
I bought the truck about 3 years ago with 138K miles for $11,500 and it has no new body damage and if anything, it's in better shape overall now. Have every reciept for anything that was done to it since I owned it. No fifth wheel, driven 35miles each way to work 5 or 6 times a week- highway miles. I'm afraid I won't be able to get more than $8500 for the truck, just have to find the right buyer I guess.
