Anti Theft....Ravelco...??
Im looking to install some kind of anti theft device. Im done with alarms(sold and installed them for years) and want something to prevent my truck from being stolen. I stumbled across Ravelco and I was wondering if any of yall had thoughts about it. Pros?? Cons??

You can make something similar, just interrupt the starter, ign and accy wires. Take something like a 7 wire trailer harness and jump it across to the corresponding terminals.
I have a Tremco anti-theft system that I lucked into. Basically it interrupts the shifter lock out and makes it conditional. You must actuate the release and hold the brake pedal down to put it in gear. I like this type of system because it's automatic and I can leave the truck running and in park and unless you know the trick you can't drive off with it. You can replicate it pretty easily, I used the kit because I loved their switch.

The electronic device's will stop you average CrackHead car thiefs from driving off with your truck and they usally aren't driving $80,000 rollbacks to the scene of the crime.
