Is that before or after you added the SCA's? It looks like you're on the low side but still acceptable. 1.5 is what it looks like on my chart, but because of differences in cameras and monitors all we can do is get close. I just took a picture of my chart so you can do your own comparison. And FWIW the colors on my monitor and on the chart are almost exact.
Rod
Test is time and temp sensitive.
I cannot enlarge and post it here. I tryied!!!
Bill
I know that Bill, wait 45 seconds before you compare and them have them all done in 75 seconds. But it'doesn't really seem to fade until 3 or 4 minutes have passed.
Yeah I just read that 50*-130* I guess after spending 18 yrs in Phoenix I never paid attention to the temp requirement before because it was always somewhere in that range.
17* this AM, I miss Phx.
Oh and a long time ago you asked me about kero prices up here, I saw it today for 4.11 and the same place had diesel for 3.31
I think we should disguise a destroyer as an oil tanker......They would get a real shocker. "AAARRR.....is that a 5 inch cannon pointed at us mates?"
Saudi fills the tanker at the port its worth 100m.
Takes X amount of days/weeks to unload in a US port.
What is the value now? Seems they have been hijacking since the
barrel has been falling.
HHHHHmmmmm. Smells of BS Fraud.
Where do you guys your coolant sample from? Do you get it from the tank or do you drain it from the bottom petcock?
On a 96 it doesn't matter, I've done it both ways and they both read the same. The tank is actually part of the closed loop system and coolant flows thru the tank
On another note.
Stay away from loaded coolant filters if you have a filter.
They tend to overcharge the system. Years back we ran loaded
and lost water pumps. High sca makes like a grit in the coolant,
sort of like fine sand.
