No Heat

This morning was the first of the cold mornings here outside NYC, had some frost on the windows,started the truck and you guessed it - no heat. I can feel the heat when I am in motion, but when idling, there is nothing. Any thoughts?

First, check the fluid level in the degauss tank if it's good and the truck gets to temp within a few minuits of driving all is normal. Diesels heat up alot slower then gas engines unless their under load.
