Flywheel for 351w

I have a 1996 351w and a 1984 zf5 tranny. What year, how many tooth, and what wieght flywheel do I need to make these two work together and not shake one or the other apart?

The ZF5 didn't come out until 87!

As for flywheel, I'll allow the gas truck folks to answer that.
