Removing the box from a 2007 F150

I have an 07 F150 4x4, with a crewcab and 6.5 foot long box.
I am taking the box of it soon, and have a couple questions.

Is there just a plug to undo for the wiring?

If so, where is the plug located?

Anyone know roughly how much the box and tailgate weigh?

Thanks

Don't forget about the filler neck (gas tank).

I think there may be other plug and play items.

I'm sure the tailgate will weigh about 50-75 lbs. Maybe take it off b/c it's so light then just get a few guys to help you if you don't have a hoist or anything.

their is a pig tail for the light in the back ...but main thing is that its is very easy to scratch the cab due to how the bed is made ...o and their is a vent and ground wire too ...i've taken off a few beds

Thanks everyone , and yes, I do have an overhead hoist in the shop.

Would a rough guess for a 6.5 foot long box weight, be about 500 pounds?
