Re locate Gas Tank.
#2
James- if you search through the forums and archives there are a host of articles on doing the tank relocate.plus what type of tanks work the best. I put one from a bronco in one of my 66's and one from a 76 f-150 in my f-250. both of which needed a certain amount of cutting and welding of the crossmembers to install. this all determines how far up between the frame rails you want the tanks to sit. I was going to look at trying to move my tank this winter and this kit looked like it may work.

Bookmarked couple articles on subject and posted links below. Also, as Dutch suggested, run a search on topic and may find members comments helpful. (At the top of page open 'forum' scroll down to search and under 'topic' enter 'tank relocation', or simular title, then narrow search to the 61-66 forum and should find addition info.) Oh, by the way, if I have not already done so, let me take this opportunity to welcome you to FTE!!!.
