zf 5 speed coming out of gear?
I have an 87 f250 with 6.9 diesel and a 5 speed. sometimes when coasting down a hill it comes out of gear but the stick stays in fifth gear and you can hear the gears grinding. but if I run the engine up it will catch the gear and keep going like it supposed to. first time I have seen this happen ever!
