x spring swapout question
I have an 02 F350 PSD cc 4x4 with the camper package.
Unfortunately the package gets you less than the max 5200 lb x springs. I am hoping to get 1 1/2" to 2" of lift and a firmer ride out of an x spring swap.
Will I get that much out of the x springs considering the weight of the diesel?
What steering linkage or alignment changes would be needed?
Any help will be appreciated.

I think you will gain right around the 1 1/2" with the X springs, but you may want to go the route of a leveling kit to get the front a little higher.
With the X springs the only thing you would need to do is adjust your draglink to center your steering wheel.
I have a set in my garage, but shipping them would cost to darn much, plus I was planning to put them in my 99PSD to level it out a bit.
