I wish that I could go any where. It has been a hell of a day. I have a crew of new hands out here. They are deffinatly making me earn my money. Sometimes I get tired of being an adult baby sitter.

Morning everyone!...
Yeah, Robert, was there last weekend, pumping out the blinds. They're box blinds buried in the levee's and they fill with water, mud, muck and assundry other critters during the off season. We've got 8 blinds... 5 are good to go, 2 are popped up a bit, but huntable, one is destroyed. Guess the farmer ran over it with his equipment and caved it in.
Water looks good, especially on west side of lease. Still pumping into the east side. Saw a good number of ducks on the property. One of the kids went out Sunday for Youth Hunt and limited.. 4 greys, 1 teal and 1 smiling mallard. Looking forward to next Saturday AM!!!!

Yes.. Way to expensive.. We're investigating other options for next year, got a lead on some flooded timber. But anything you can hunt deer on in that part of Louisiana is expensive. There's some acreage right off 129 that's listed by Cabella's Trophy Lands...

Hey folks. Finals week here, only one final though, and it is in 2 hours.
