WVO bacteria?

I have a restaurant that I get oil from that seems to let water get into their storage tanks or food though I have never seen anything in it except maybe chile stems. My question is there anything I can add to their tank so that the bacteria will not grow? I added half a jug of DK once but I don't know if it did anything. What do you guys do about that, this is a good supplier for me. His other restaurant gives me better oil but just about a third of what this one does. What can I do or add to it?

Thanks everybody.

Thanks I feel a little better that I'm not the only one. Mines not that bad but it does smell horrible, some of the guys that work with him are either idiots or ignorant. They add dirty water to the oil and when I tell them not to they just do it when I'm not there. Idiots, if they only knew what I was doing or going through because of them.

They're most like acting like a certain part of the anatomy. I know the type of folks your talking about...they go out of their ways to be real donkeys, to the point it just makes you red in the face.
