New guy to the place but not the problems. I’m rebuilding my 1991 f450 7.3l idi from the ground up. I’m a welder and need a reliable means of transportation on extreme terrain. So I’ve chosen something made of steel. I already have problems with water in the fuel. Starting issues. And wires everywhere I look. Not even connected to anything. I have a lot of things going on in my life and have to run this rebuild piece by piece. 1 1/2 tons of sheer will power. When she wants to start Ofcourse. Let me know where to start with the fuel delivery system. That’s my current problem. I need help. Thanks guys!!!
@Wizard78 Welcome to the site. I think you should start by asking your question on this forum. Pre-Power Stroke Diesel (7.3L IDI & 6.9L) - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums (ford-trucks.com) If anyone is going to no the answer someone there should know.

And yes the next place to go to is your trucks forum. Locate it in your year range in the forum index.

I've been wrong so many times...I may get extra excited and wet myself if I get something right. Currently do to my health, thanks to covid-19 twice, am operating with one lung and enlarged heart so taking on a truck project was not a smart idea....
However, it was fun until I exhausted myself and my wife's frowns are permeantly inbedded into her forehead...When you gotta go...you gotta go.
Why am I blathering away here - because someone said to...
Bump the thread..every day, no way - bump myself on the commode every other day is a major task for this older than dirt guy.
If you really want to follow me, then you need to visit the Trump Social, where you can get "real" info at least a day before the mainstream media does and it's got a tad truer ring to it.
Stay Frosty, things will get better.
