I'm an Arkansan and own a 2009 F250 XLT 5.4L 4x4 long bed with a camper and towing package. I've been a Ford owner since my first '66 Mustang 2+2 Fastback way back in HS. Currently, I have a pop-up truck camper and a 16' enclosed trailer to haul my toys. I'm interested in boosting the hp without sacrificing too much gas mileage and hope to get some ideas from others who may have done the same thing. Glad to meet ya'll!

New to the site.

I've just signed on, but I bleed blue. I've owned nine vehicles, 8 fords and 1 merc. I always try to do own work and usually look to forums to help find answers. Up until recently I be just browsed the site but never signed up, but I just got a 87 ranger for a mud truck and plan on asking a few questions about it

I ended up just having to replace a ground strap from the cab to the frame that rotted off. I replaced sensors tho, re ran wires, everything thing, and aftr $300 it ended up being just a stupid missing $10 ground strap. Maybe this helps

TheInternational6.9,

WELCOME ABOARD.

My 6.9 Lariat happens to be a 1986 model with the extended cab & 4 speed transmission BUT 2-wheel drive. - I like mine very much.
(There are numerous 6.9 fans here, btw)

yours, satx

Hello All,

Just became the proud owner of my sons 2003 F350 Super Duty with the V8. Man, what a beast of a truck! Need to replace shocks, ball-joints, adjust front bumper and general clean-up. Nothing I can't handle luckily.

My son told me to join this forum and I'm damn glad he did. As for his new truck...moved to a brand new non-Ford. His loss.

Okay...let the fun begin!
Bib
