Hello to all. Just picked up a 2009 F350 to tow a fifth wheel camper. Pretty nice truck, Lariat with Nav long bed, crew ca 4x4 6.4 diesel. Only 85k one owner miles. It is one big azz truck ! Coming from a 2003. supercrew F150. Have owned 3 diesel cars so the diesel part is familiar. What isn't familiar is parking this beast in a shopping center ! I am looking forward to hooking up and pulling the camper. I also ride a 17 Harley Ultra Limited. Looking forward to going from lurking to contributing.

Be safe

Steve

I have a F450 and it's a beast too! lol Shopping Centers can be stressful. I myself have found the best thing to do everywhere (because you don't know who may pull in after you park and possibly trap you - Learned this the hard way!) is back into a space that is wide enough if you have a dually or long bed. Being able to pull out nose first is a great help and I noticed backing in actually most times is easier too.

I just found this site after getting my 1st Super Duty this week. Had 1/2 tons the last 30 years and decided it was time to "step up". I got a new to me 2014 F350 Platinum 6.2, only 35,000 miles so barely broke in, heck it never even towed a trailer and no dings or dents in the box. Thing has more bells and whistles than a 3 ring circus, and I about flipped when my teenage daughter showed me how to talk to it with the voice command!

New guy

names Ryan. I have had my 2007 6.0 for 4 years now and tend to stalk this pages forms a lot looking for details to work on my truck. Just deleted the egr and pieced the truck back together as my first project on this truck. Hope it treats me right from now on 😂

Smile New to FTE

Been an F-150 owner for years now (currently in a 2016 Lariat) and been very happy as a Ford Motor Company mbr. Recently retired after 31+ yrs of military service as a Royal Canadian Air Force Physicians Assistant. Now looking forward to traveling throughout Canada and the USA in our fifth wheel (Open Range 311FLR (11900GWR). Now everyone stop 🛑 and stay calm. As a Segway id also like to announce my wife and I are expecting.......no not that. Been there done that and their all out of the house. I’m talking about in 7-8 weeks our 2018 Magma Red 6.7 diesel F-350 Lariat 160” 4X4 SRW will be delivered. This will be the first diesel I’ve owned. I’m looking fwd to receiving HELPFUL advice through this experience. I guess I’ll sign off for now.

Newbe Ford Ranger Driver

Hi I have a Ford Ranger 2005 model in Australia. So I have changed brands after being a cruiser man for many many years. Unfortunately I don't trust the ranger in the bush like I did the old Toyota.
cheers

new (to me) 2003 f350 SRW 5.4L.

So, I'm back. I have had 2 f250's (an '86 and 1990) previously, and now need some help with a 2003 project. Has a bent frame from a wreck, but I got it pretty cheap.

I don't know why, but I like big ol' Fords. So dependable, the natural state of a ford truck is running perfectly, with no check engine light.

I need a hood, and front fender in SC if anyone can help point me in a good direction, I'd appreciate it, junkyard, personal sale, etc.
