Ganley (old marshall ford) on lorain road in cleveland. The sales gal told me if I wanted one with air and auto she would try to track it down. Bass ford in sheffield oh also had an ad in the local news paper last week with some good deals???? $12,000with air add $500.00 for auto. Take another $1500.00 off if returning a leased ford-lincoln-merc.
The truck I first talked about had to be financed through fmcc and had the lease return requirment. I just wonder if they would take my 96 windstar as ford loyalty instead of lease return????? I'll check this morning and see if its still there. (dounut shops right next to dealer) Bill

I cant believe its still there, but it was this morning. I know its a base model, but for someone willing to drive stick with no air its a sweet deal imo. I seen and 05 for sale on craigs list, only difference its a short bed for a "reduced" price of $7950 with 50k. I think he'll be sitting on that one for a while. I haven't went to look at it yet and see what kind of a deal I could get on that one. Bill

Well I think I got a decent deal. I bought an 08 yesterday and got the following deal:
F-150 SuperCrew 4x4 XLT 5.4L
Tow Package
6 CD changer
Fog Lamps
Keyless Entry Keypad
Two-tone paint
Line-X spray in bed liner (bed was scratched)
Sticker on the truck was $35,580, invoice was $32,622. I gave $24k for it with the bed liner.
I'm pretty happy.

Oh Yes they are dealing.
Just paid $26k for a $44k MSRP 08 Mark LT.
I played two different dealerships and it took 2 Saturdays to make a deal.
My strategy is to go in with a price you want to pay and then when they say we can't do that. Except the salespersons deal and then we you get to finance stick to your guns with a predetermined payment in mind and then threaten to walk if they can't make the deal. Trust me they will get where you want to be without loosing a sale.

Well inventories are getting slim on the 08's, stopped at a local dealer yesterday and got a price on their last 08 xl v-6 auto with air, towing, and gear. Are you guys ready for this? $18,126 out the door. (NO I DIDNT BUT IT) I just sat there and looked at him. The price was a shocker, what a deal he kept telling me I was getting, better act quick cause its their last one, or somebody else will get it. Well some one else can have it, thanks and good bye. Hes called twice now and left msg on my cell.
sams6.9, thats not 10800 out the door?

I'm not supposed to say anything price-wise, but I got a 2008 Lariat yesterday for my 2008 Lariat as an even swap. Not a dime out of my pocket, and the new one has a backup camera thingie in the mirror, which my old one didn't. Looks identical to my old one, and only had 9 miles on her. My old one had a whopping 8500 miles on her when the engine blew, and then it had an exhaust leak, and one of the mechanics scraped the leather seat down to the cloth backing fixing it. (from ANOTHER dealership) The GM and I talked, and he made a swap.
Suffice to say, I think I got a pretty good deal. Even the Edge programmed right in, but I'm leaving it on stock setting for 500 miles or so. (Is that smart?) The only thing I have to get redone is the window tint, and a spray-in bedliner.
