Chapter Board Members
Should the Board Members be elected by the chapter members. Or should they be apointed by the new chapter leader?
Either way the member will have to agree to take the board seat.

Ok guys, the votes are in. The new chapter leader can pick the board members as he sees fit. Just remember, The member has to agree he will take the seat...
