My donor was a 74, my DJM beams where for the 1965. The DJM do include a left and right beam. Factory beams are the same side to side. DJM tilts the king pins back towards the cab just a bit. I used the 74 spindles on the 65 DJM beams. I got my kit from Summit Racing. DJM was a dream to deal with when I ran into an issue. Kit had two driver side beams. They shipped the passenger side and arranged pick up of the extra driver side beam. The rear kist is still sitting in the box in the bed. This Winter the bed comes off and the rear drop, rear end swap, and rear tank conversion go in.

Truck is still up on dollies, so I can't speak for ride/handleing etc.. I hope to get the truck on the road by spring. Check out my gallery, there are before and after pictures.

Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer with this question. They are the true experts on their products.

I don't know diddly-squat about dropped I-beams. Maybe the following info will be of some help, as these are the "as original" applications.

C6TZ3006C .. Right I-Beam / C6TZ3007C .. Left I-Beam (C6TZ3006/7C replaced C5TZ3006/7A).

Fits: 1965/70 F100 & 1971 F100 before serial number M00,001.
-------------------------------------------------------------
D2TZ3006C .. Right I-Beam & D2TZ3007C .. Left I-Beam.

Fits: 1971 F100 from serial number M00,001 & 1972/74 F100.
-----------------------------------------------------------
D8TZ3006B .. Right I-Beam & D8TZ3007B .. Left I-Beam (D8TZ3006/7B replaced D5TZ3006/7A).

Fits: 1975/79 F100/150.
------------------------
C5TZ3B177A .. I-Beam Pivot Bushings / 5/8" I.D. / 2 1/4" O.D. / Right/Left is the same.

Fits: 1965/74 F100 / 1975/79 F100/150.

Note: These I-Beams (and bushings) were also used on some 1965/79 F250's (depends on the GVW), and 1965/74 E100/200's.

I called the manufacturer DJM and they said the I beams they sell are the same from 1965 to 1979, he said the difference is in the rear shackle kit as the fit is different. I have a 78 front suspension in my 66 with the stock rear springs so I called to make sure I was getting the right stuff the first time and I suggest anyone who wants to do it right do the same, DJM recommended I buy them from Summit Racing which was a welcome tip as they sold them cheaper than DJM's price and Summit had only $11.95 shipping to my door. Here's why I had to change to DJM I Beams.
