4.6L/5.4L air intake
Hello everyone my name is Dan and I'm new to this site. I have a quick question for y'all..
I recently purchased an AFE air intake for my 2005 F150 5.4L and they sent me the 4.6L. Does anyone know if these are the same and if the 4.6L will work with 5.4L? Anything would be helpful thanks -Dan-

Dan it looks like the AFE intake is not the same for both engines. http://www.afefilters.com/IntakeSytemstest.php They were through the '03s (AFE# 51-10082) but the '04 -'08 5.4L got a different kit (AFE# 51-10512). Welcome to FTE. You have started on the road to modness err, madness.
